Eating On The Road: Healthy Options For Truck Stop Grab And Go Meals

In a perfect world every trucker on every route would be able to plan their trip so that they had time to pull over, get out of the truck, and order a sit down meal in a good diner or restaurant every day they are on the road. The problem with this picture is that it isn't a perfect world and more often than not traffic, construction, lines at the dock or problems loading or unloading have just destroyed your plans for that healthy sit down meal.
