You've probably heard the expression "you are what you eat" and you've probably paid it little attention as you thought it was absolutely ridiculous. If you stop and take a moment to actually think about the true meaning however, you may get a better understanding of what the saying is truly all about. If you eat fresh and healthy foods that are packed full of nutrients and other natural goodness, you will look and feel great, and will be fitter and far healthier than other people. If you eat greasy, processed junk food regularly however, you will begin to look and feel just like junk yourself.
