Pata in the Morning? Why Not?

Filipinos are big food lovers. And, aside for their love of eating, they also love to cook. After all, Filipinos are known for being one of the best cooks in the world. One of the things that they love most is Pork Pata, or the hind legs of pork. Pata is also commonly known as Ham or Pork Hock, which is a staple in most occasions such as birthdays and fiestas. Even though it is basically just a big chunk of bone covered with skin and muscle, people still love it because it tastes so juicy and good.
