There's one thing that every delicious meal has i common: it's not extremely healthy. by that i don't mean it's downright bad or anything, just don't expect something with zero fat, zero cholesterol and low on calories to taste magnificent. It can taste good, but it will never ever beat the flavor of the good old fried eggs, the mother of any breakfast.
