Sleep and Good Health

One of the things we do every day that we can take for granted is sleeping. There are many of us who don't get enough sleep either because our schedules don't allow it or we have sleeping disorders. Lack of sleep can lead to the weakening of our immune system, which will in turn lead to certain illnesses.
