Polenta Rounds With Stilton Pate Paired With Cabernet Sauvignon

Polenta, a native dish of Friuli, Italy, is a wonderful ingredient to utilize for hors d'oeuvres and appetizers. It's simply cornmeal that's made into porridge or mash.
