So you like going to the gym to keep in shape, right? None of us enjoying seeing that beer belly. You may run a few miles on the treadmill, or perhaps to do some crunches or play around at the weightlifting bench. Regardless, you are hanging out in a notoriously unclean facility, full of bacteria, mold and fungi. Allergies act up too. After all, gyms are downright dirty. Too bad the nation's department of health doesn't do much regulating a gym's cleanliness.
